Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the phpgems platform. By creating an account or accessing any phpgems service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpgems ("phpgems," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phpgems website located at phpgems.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the phpgems Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the phpgems Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpgems Platform and close your account.
To register and maintain an account on phpgems, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phpgems reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each player may hold only one (1) phpgems account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

phpgems supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your phpgems account dashboard.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phpgems does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. phpgems aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) hour of approval, subject to identity verification requirements and payment provider processing times. phpgems reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
phpgems does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phpgems accepts no responsibility.

All content on the phpgems Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phpgems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpgems Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phpgems content without prior written consent from phpgems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpgems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phpgems does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpgems's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpgems account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpgems's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
phpgems is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your phpgems account settings at any time.
If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek support. Self-exclusion requests submitted to phpgems take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
phpgems strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source used for deposit, subject to verification.
phpgems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, phpgems may withhold any balance pending investigation.
You may close your phpgems account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpgems Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phpgems at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phpgems will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
phpgems reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpgems will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the phpgems Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
